**** Reservations Committee Report *

Good Afternoon Members:

The new bid and the new team seating went into effect Sunday, May 2, 2010. The new team seating is a big concern with everyone in servicing the customer.

We will be presenting (3) 2nd steps for Article VII overtime violations on May 12th, 2010

We had a safety issue with fumes in our office, Gallagher Bassett has accepted the claims for medical for 4/5 agents, the 5th they are waiting for more documentation. GB has not committed to payment of lost time yet.

4 IRH 4’s Rule 32 scheduled.

1 PL5 upheld…R38/41/20

1st Step Complaints out for ESC violating agents returning to work and therefore loss in pay.

1st Step Complaints out for Metrics Discipline.
